"Who, Me?"
A fun, self-discovery style workshop with an unusual approach to self-portraits. Create a personalized art journal/scrapbook/altered book to include personal photos of family, fun, travel, pets, and friends, use Photoshop to create self-portrait photos like none other, plus, create a self-portrait printing plate, use multiple colors of ink and print your picture multiple times, Andy Warhol style!
American Girl doll "Sleeping Beauty"
Actually, any 18" doll is welcome to attend this workshop. We will sew a nightgown for your doll to wear, plus a bedspread and pillow to get cozy with, while sleeping in her brand new bed, that you build yourself. This is not the canopy bed of last year's "Slumber Party" workshop, this is a new style bed that will be just as fun to make!
American Girl doll "Christmas"
Prepare a Christmas holiday scene for your 18" doll. Everything from Santa's plate of cookies and glass of milk to the Christmas tree full of decorations, to a fireplace and even party gown, a cape and Santa's hat for your doll to wear are included as projects you create.
"Rooms-to-Go"
Paint a portrait of your favorite Webkinz and create a "room-to-go" box that will allow you to transport and store your critters in style!
"Native Ameri'kinz'"
All new workshop featuring a Native American theme for our favorite little critters (i.e. Webkinz!). Currently still in the planning stages, the workshop's focus will incorporate the culture of various tribes found in North America, definitely including the Cherokee, Pueblo and Northwest tribes, and maybe the Navajo, Blackfeet and/or Lakota or others.
"Fantasy Fair"
Create a multi-media assemblage depicting the fair of your dreams.
